Imbolg

Also known as Saint Brigid’s Day. One of the eight sabbats, Imbolg is a traditional festival, held on the 1st of February each year (Northern hemisphere), which is about midway between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. It is celebrated on the 1st August in the Southern Hemisphere. This is a time for purification, cleansing, and planning. For me, times like this always seem like a refresh/renewal and I seem to feel relieved and clear.
